Energy Poverty and Low Carbon Energy Transition

In the recent two decades of recorded literature, energy poverty is increasingly understood as a multi-dimensional issue caused by low-carbon transition. this study, literature review was performed, outcome which confirmed contentious nature at regional and international levels analysis. Furthermore, collected enabled identification those domains under prevailing. The impacts current COVID-19 pandemic Russian-Ukrainian war on prices were also considered key issues interest in recently published studies (published within last five years). While all covered wide geographical context worldwide, comprehensive analysis nurturing sources their consequences primarily foremost household sector, research focus accordingly. Moreover, future guidelines that should be drawn regarding alleviation proposed.
